• Business Facebook profile picture: 180 x 180  at least (Your profile picture is a potential customer or clients first impression of your brand)
• Facebook cover photo: 828 x 315 (anything less than this will appear stretched)
• A shared image on Facebook: 1200 x 630
• An event image: 1920 x 108

Instagram

• Instagram Profile Picture:110 x 110
• Square image in feed:1080 x 1080
• Landscape image in feed: 1080 x 566
• Portrait image in feed: 1080 x 1350

Twitter

• Profile photo: 400 x 400 (Square Image)
• Header photo: 1500 x 500
• Posted photos: 440 x 220 (the minimum to appear expanded)

• Profile Photo: 400 x 400 
• Hero Image: 974 x 330 Minimum
