Owner Kelly Darwin has lived in the WestShore since first moving here from Shawnigan Lake at the age of 6. After high school Kelly worked in the family restaurant before serving as a Sous Chef & Executive Chef in local restaurants and golf courses across Victoria.

After the birth of his son, and obtaining his Red Seal for cooking, Kelly went back to school and attended the Computer Systems Technology program at Camosun College and soon after became a partner in River End Consulting Ltd.

In 2006 Kelly and his wife opened In Bloom Floral Boutique, a local flower shop that has recently received national attention for their eco-friendly practices and “Green Initiatives”.

In 2008 Kelly became the sole owner of River End Consulting and set out to brand the company in way that better fit his business values and the services the company offers; such as Web Design, Hosting, Web Programming and Marketing.

Seriously Creative Design was created based on years of experience in customer service and the value of reliability. Kelly continues to serve clients across the Island and around the world directly from his home in the WestShore.
